Godin Multiac Nylon Duet
As a Godin Endorsing Artist
[Press Release], it's no
suprise that the Multiac Nylon Duet is Scott's primary recording
and performance guitar. Featuring a mahogany neck and a rosewood
fingerboard, its output section includes a regular 1/4" jack
as well as a balanced XLR out with phantom power capability. With
a body width of 2 1/4", it is extremely easy to play.
Digital
Recording:
ADK
Pro Audio Digital Audio Workstation
Scott's Guitjazzathon
CD was recording on an ADK Pro Audio Digital Audio Workstaion (DAW).
It features:
- Pentium IV processor
- 512MB RAM
- Aardvark Q10 audio interface
- SONAR XL 2.x
It is used as the brains/master of the entire studio, driving and
recording all other instruments. The folks at ADK were great to
work with and quite knowledgable. Highly recommended.
Roland
VS-1680
The ChristmAcoustic
CDs were recorded on a Roland VS-1680. The VS-1680 was also used
as the master sync device for all midi signals. This allows the
VS-1680 to start and stop all other devices (like the Triton, for
instance).
Final mastering for all CDs is/was handled by Cool Edit 2000 and/or
Ozone. Monitoring:
HHB Circle 3 Passive Monitors
Alesis
RA-100 Reference Amplifier
Scott's Psuedo Studios uses the HHB Circle 3 monitors powered
by the an Alesis RA-100 reference amplifier.
